BEHİC AK - Karikaturen aus Eurasien (Art)

THU 06.11. – SUN 23.11. Zeughaus

In his caricatures, the popular author, journalist and cartoonist Behiç Ak, living in Istanbul, portrays a modern Turkish society, quite unlike the common clichés of the Orient. His sarcastic approach offers a distorted view of our consumer society, of callous egoists in their greedy pursuit of material security.
